Abstract
We used the common hepatic artery (CHA) as an inflow site for a saphenous vein graft bypass to the right coronary system during off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. The CHA is a suitable inflow vessel to provide sufficient blood flow and a short-distance bypass in case both the ascending aorta and the gastroepiploic artery are considered inadequate.Entities:
