[Role of gut bacterial autoflora and its endotoxins in human pathology].

Abstract

The purpose of the review is to analyze the scientific progress to date about the role of opportunistic gut bacteria in development of diseases in humans. Mechanisms of tolerance of local gut immune system to transitory normal microflora, translocation of bacteria and endotoxins in normal and pathology, possible routes of transmission of infectious agents and endotoxins which lead to systemic inflammation syndrome and affection of various organs were discussed.
