Abstract
Eclampsia is a syndrome that may be characterized by functional derangement of multiple organ systems including the central nervous system. Cerebral manifestations are rare in eclampsia but may include cerebral hemorrhage, blindness, and coma. Management of eclampsia involves the control of convulsions and hypertension as well as delivery. Cerebral manifestations such as increased intracranial pressure or coma require aggressive well-formulated intervention.Entities:
