Abstract
In a recent issue of Molecular Cell, Tyagi et al. (2007) show that E2F1, a positive regulator of S phase entry, recruits cofactor HCF-1 and associated hSet1/MLL histone H3 lysine 4 methyltransferase complex, facilitating the activation of genes required for proliferation.Entities:
