Abstract
A case of lichen sclerosus et atrophicus (LSA) in a male patient who presented with multiple hypopigmented to depigmented macules, polygonal in shape, distributed in a bilaterally, symmetrical manner over the hands, feet and flexor aspect of wrists is being reported. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of LSA.Entities:
