Abstract
We report a case of a 32-year-old man who presented with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis and bronchial ulcerations that resulted in massive hemoptysis and concomitant thrombotic microangiopathy shortly after cadaveric renal transplantation. Despite vigorous antifungal therapy the patient succumbed due to apoplexy of brain fungal mass lesion.Entities:
