Abstract
Myelofibrosis is an uncommon condition that causes anaemia, failure to thrive and massive splenomegaly. This case report describes migrant Sudanese twins who developed myelofibrosis secondary to severe rickets from a combination of poor diet, inadequate sun exposure, and a breastfeeding mother who wore hijab and was also vitamin D deficient.Entities:
