[Treatment of vesicoureteric reflux and neurogenic bladder].

E Chartier-Kastler1, A Ruffion.

Abstract

Vesicoureteric reflux in neurogenic bladder must be identified on the pretreatment assessment. It is now usually treated conservatively according to the neurourology rules of upper tract protection (reduction of intravesical pressures). Reflux resolves in more than 90% of cases with effective treatment of the bladder.
