Abstract
We present the case of an 11-year-old girl with a history of needle ingestion. Radiological investigations revealed that the foreign body had migrated into the lung parenchyma. We report the use of fluoroscopy and thoracoscopy to aid localization and facilitate removal of a metallic foreign body in the thorax.Entities:
