Abstract
We report the case of a 41-year-old man who presented with hepatic amoebiasis 18 months after visiting the Far East. His progress was initially complicated by a bronchohepatic fistula which was further complicated by secondary bacterial infection. The fistula persisted and only resolved following percutaneous catheter drainage, thereby avoiding open surgery.Entities:
