Abstract

The use of rituximab has been uncommonly associated with delayed pulmonary toxicity. We present a case of interstitial pneumonitis and diffuse alveolar hemorrhage, which represents the second such case reported in the literature. (c) 2007 S. Karger AG, Basel.
