Abstract
Letrozole is at least as effective as clomiphene for inducing ovulation and achieving pregnancy in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Potential advantages of letrozole include reduced multiple pregnancies, absence of antiestrogenic adverse effects, and the subsequent need for less intensive monitoring.Entities:
