Abstract
We present a patient who had an LV mass picked up by chance on transthoracic echocardiography. CT scan suggested this to be an LV aneurysm although it did not have appearances typical of this on echocardiography. MRI scan was performed and it showed this mass to be a thrombosed pseudoaneurysm.Entities:
