Cystic falcine chondroma: case report and review of the literature.

Abstract

A rare case of falcine chondroma in a 25-year-old woman with an 8-year history of headache and a recent generalized seizure is presented. Microscopic examination of the resected tumor revealed that it was a falcine chondroma with chondrocytes and central cystic degeneration.
