Abstract
Traumatic atloido-occipital dislocation is usually fatal with immediate cardio-respiratory arrest. The authors report 3 cases of children who survived such a spine injury despite neurological impairment. Clinical and radiological data including Magnetic Resonance Imaging are compared with 18 other cases reported in the literature.Entities:
