Abstract
Abnormalities of recipient or donor vascular structures are common and associated with reconstructive difficulties in liver transplantation. A patient with a variant hepatic artery arising from right renal artery underwent modified piggyback liver transplantation in our center. The donor hepatic artery was anastomosed end-to-side to the recipient's middle colic artery. Graft function has remained excellent more than 1 year postoperatively.Entities:
