Abstract
We report a patient who had pituitary adenoma and parasellar chordoma coincidentally, with neither irradiation nor a history of head injury. Preoperative computed tomographic (CT) scan had shown an intrasellar mass that infiltrated into the right cavernous sinus. Histopathologically the intrasellar mass was diagnosed as pituitary adenoma and the other mass as chordoma. We present clinical, radiological and histopathological findings, and discuss previously reported cases with multiple intracranial tumours.Entities:
