Abstract
This case exemplifies the difficulty in differentiating cystic sacrococcygeal teratoma and terminal myelocystocele. Fetal sonography presentation and perinatal risks of sacrococcygeal teratoma and terminal myelocystocele are compared, and we emphasize the importance of obtaining fetal MR imaging to establish an accurate diagnosis.Entities:
