Abstract
Cutaneous diphtheria is a rare infection in the United States. This article presents a case of genital ulcerations, which were likely secondary to cutaneous coryneform bacterial infection, and reviews the literature concerning the diagnosis and management of this entity. In addition, we briefly review other Gram-positive Bacillus bacterial infections of the skin.Entities:
