[Man on display--corpses and organs in public].

Roland Sedivy1.

Abstract

The public presentation of organs and of corpses makes critical and ethical reflexion necessary. On the basis of the current pluralism of individual moral positions the relativity of ethics is indicated. Morality may be interpreted as an adaptive-complex system with a dynamic evolution. Along this line of thought, the change in legal philosophy becomes stabilized by the constantly acting theology.
