Abstract
Options in the treatment of spasmodic dysphonia include surgical interruption of the recurrent laryngeal nerve, anterior laryngoplasty, voice therapy, and Botulinum toxin injection. Although none of these treatments is ideal, Botulinum toxin injection appears to have the greatest potential to benefit the greatest number of patients.Entities:
