Abstract
Tennis elbow is a common affliction manifested by symptoms of lateral elbow pain and diminished grip strength. Conservative treatment measures will lead to symptom resolution in most cases. Surgery is reserved for patients with recalcitrant elbow pain unresponsive to nonsurgical management. This article reviews the technique of arthroscopic tennis elbow release surgery, including indications, contraindications, complications, postoperative rehabilitation, and outcome.Entities:
