Abstract
Pancreatitis is the most common complication of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Because of the potential risks and consequences of post-ERCP pancreatitis, considerable efforts have been made to define patient- and procedure-related factors that may be associated with an increased risk of this complication, along with determining interventions that can be done to reduce post-ERCP pancreatitis.Entities:
