Abstract
Allergic asthma and allergic rhinosinusitis are typically considered disorders of children and young adults. As a result, these diseases are frequently not considered in the differential diagnosis of nasal obstruction, cough, wheeze, and dyspnea in older individuals. However, many older adults have long-standing allergic disorders or develop them later in life. This article addresses the complexities of diagnosis and treatment of allergic respiratory diseases in seniors.Entities:
