Grateful patient programs: current trends, strategies and tactics.

Abstract

This article explores the current trends, strategies and tactics in health care philanthropy regarding grateful patient programs. It is based on primary research, conducted through in-depth interviews and a survey of Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) members, to examine the many internal and external components that contribute to building a successful grateful patient fundraising program.
