Abstract
Single lung transplantation for cystic fibrosis is an uncommon therapy. Contralateral pneumonectomy is, in these cases, rarely done before transplantation. Herein, we report the case of a single lung transplantation in a patient who had previously a contralateral pneumonectomy.Entities:
