Abstract
A 13-year-old boy with evidence of pulmonary lymphomatoid granulomatosis developed monocular diplopia. Fluorescein angiography revealed bilateral choroidal involvement. Following treatment with vincristine, cyclophosphamide, and prednisone his diplopia resolved and the angiographic appearances returned to normal.Entities:
