Abstract
This paper, based on a nationwide survey, examines the attitudes and opinions of professionals regarding parent-professional involvement in the planning and implementation of goals and services for hearing-impaired infants and toddlers and their families. The implications of the findings are discussed as they pertain to PL 99-457, the new federal mandate for services to young children with special needs and their families.Entities:
