Abstract
Pregnancy in the lupus patient presents a unique clinical challenge. Pregnancy may interact with lupus nephritis and adds preeclampsia to the differential diagnosis of hypertension. Lupus may result in pregnancy loss, fetal growth restriction, and prematurity. The obstetric management of these complex issues is presented for the nonobstetrician.Entities:
