Abstract
Cardiac metastasis from lung cancer is rarely diagnosed antemortem, as it usually causes no symptoms or signs. We report the case of a 56-year-old man with recurrent lung adenocarcinoma in whom developed a large mass in the ventricular septum, complete atrioventricular block, and obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract.Entities:
