Massive ischemic cerebellar infarction due to cocaine use.

S Aggarwal1, B D Byrne.

Abstract

This young female suffered massive unilateral infarction of the cerebellum due to cocaine use. While cocaine-associated small, asymptomatic cerebellar infarcts have been reported in the literature, massive, symptomatic cerebellar infarction attending the use of cocaine has not been previously reported.
