Abstract
Alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma is an aggressive cancer that can metastasize to a variety of organs. We present what we believe to be the first reported case of metastatic intratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma in a patient presenting with testicular pain shortly after the induction of systemic chemotherapy.
