Abstract
Hodgkin's lymphoma almost always presents with lymphadenopathy. Presentation with extranodal disease is quite unusual, although Hodgkin's lymphoma is known to occasionally involve extranodal sites. However, no well-documented cases of testicular Hodgkin's lymphoma have been described. We report the case of a 52-year-old man who presented with a left testicular mass; orchiectomy revealed morphologic and immunophenotypic features typical of classical Hodgkin's lymphoma, nodular sclerosis type.Entities:
