Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Sensorineural hearing loss after diving from a low height has been rarely reported especially in children.
METHODS: We present and discuss a new case of pediatric sudden sensorineural hearing loss after diving. RESULTS AND
CONCLUSION: Medical and surgical approaches (indications and timing of explorative tympanotomy) to this occurrence are still controversial.
