Abstract
A case of gastric duplication in connection with an aberrant pancreas in a 14 months old boy is related. The non-specificity of signs and symptoms explains why the diagnosis of these lesions has been often mislead and usually made at laparotomy. Ultrasound and technetium scan could adequately characterize these anomalies pre-operatively. Simple excision is the treatment of choice.Entities:
