Abstract
A rare case of giant bladder calculus presenting with vesicocutaneous fistula is described. A 62-year-old woman presented with dysuria and ulcer of the hypogastric wall. Urine drained through the ulcer. Both X-ray and computed tomography (CT) of the abdomen showed a giant bladder calculus with vesicocutaneous fistula. We performed cystolithotomy followed by closure of the fistula. The calculus measured 95 x 60 x 55 mm and weighed 350 g. Worldwide, it is the second reported case of vesicocutaneous fistula caused by giant bladder calculus.Entities:
