Abstract
We present a 36-year-old woman in whom chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) was diagnosed during a twin pregnancy. Because of hyperleucocytosis, we started leucapheresis also with the goal of gaining time for discussing treatment options. As this strategy was so effective and our patient was reluctant to take medication, we decided to continue this treatment.Entities:
