Abstract
The health and well-being of children are critically dependent on the environment in which they live. This article explores the complex relationship between the environment in which a child lives and the environmental factors that can adversely affect health and development. It also examines how awareness of these adverse factors can be helpful in promoting optimal health for children through the societal infrastructures that deal with health, the environment, and social justice.Entities:
