Abstract
This article illustrates the magnetic resonance (MR) technique and MR imaging (MRI) findings of various neoplasms in chest, abdomen, and pelvis in pregnant patients. MRI can provide useful information about characterization and staging of maternal neoplasms without exposing the fetus to ionizing radiation and can be considered as a first-line cross sectional imaging method as an adjunct to ultrasonography.Entities:
