Abstract
We report a rare case of isolated penile metastasis from seminal vesicle adenocarcinoma associated with ipsilateral renal agenesis in a 62-year-old man. Imaging studies confirmed seminal vesicle origin, and biopsy revealed a papillary mucin-secreting adenocarcinoma, with cytokeratin 20 positivity and prostate-specific antigen negativity. The sigmoidoscopy and metastatic workup findings were normal. The patient received six cycles of 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin chemotherapy and underwent bilateral orchiectomy. The patient was symptomatically better, and the penile swelling and seminal vesicle mass had regressed considerably. He later developed multiple lung metastases and died of the disease.Entities:
