Abstract
We report a 74-year-old woman with histologically confirmed neuroendocrine carcinoma of the nasal cavity disclosing a syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH). Since SIADH is a paraneoplastic syndrome commonly associated with small cell lung cancer, an extra-pulmonary localisation of neuroendocrine carcinoma has to be investigated.Entities:
