Abstract
Laparoscopic appendectomy (LA) was introduced into clinical practice by Kurt Semm in 1983. Since then, a number of methods for performing LA have emerged in the literature. However, the majority of these modifications require costly equipment. In this short technical chapter, we describe a very simple and inexpensive method of performing this procedure without resorting to any additional expensive paraphernalia.Mesh：
