Abstract
Thymomas are common mediastinal tumours. We report a rare case of thymoma invasion into the superior vena cava with resultant venous obstruction. The tumour was resected. The superior vena cava and left brachiochephalic vein were reconstructed with autologous pericardial patch.Entities:
