Abstract
An unusual case of a two year old gelding with severe unilateral epistaxis due to guttural pouch mycosis is reported. The lesion had spread to involve the dorso-medial aspects of the right guttural pouch and had formed a fistula between the dorsal pharyngeal recess and both the left and right guttural pouches. The diagnosis, surgical treatment and postoperative management are described.Entities:
