Abstract
Leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata (LPD) is a rare condition in females. We report a case of pancreatic implantation with malignant transformation of LPD in a man. A 42-year-old man presented with a 16-month history of persistent pain in the right upper abdomen with dorsolumbar radiating pain and weight loss. Spiral computed tomography revealed diffuse enlargement of pancreas with multiple, miliary, micronodular, low-density lesions. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first report of the pancreatic implantation of LPD and the third report of LPD in a male.Entities:
