Abstract
A rare case of gliomatosis peritonei associated with immature ovarian teratoma was reported. The computed tomographic findings of gliomatosis peritonei were similar to the classic findings of peritoneal dissemination of malignant tumors. To avoid overestimating the clinical stage of ovarian tumors, radiologists should be aware of this rare condition related to teratomas.Entities:
