Abstract
A case-report of a man with chronic diarrhoea is presented. After an unsuccessful treatment of an intestinal yersioniosis, the diagnosis of collagenous intestinal disease affecting duodenum, ileum and colon was made. In addition, a IgG transient deficiency was observed. The literature about gastrointestinal involvement, concomintant infection by Yersinia and IgG deficiency in collagenous colitis is reviewed.Entities:
