Abstract
Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of coronary non-aorto ostial lesions offers technical challenges not encountered with other lesion sub types. Stenting of these lesions improves acute angiographic result and lowers the rate of restenosis. However, precise stent placement at non-aorto ostial lesions is technically difficult with risk of incomplete lesion coverage or jailing of the main branch. In this report, we describe a buddy wire technique to facilitate precise stent placement at non-aorto ostial lesions.Mesh:
