Abstract
CASE REPORT: Imaging studies of a 41-year-old man who had developed a painful unilateral ophthalmoplegia showed a mass involving the right cavernous sinus region. The systemic workup disclosed a B-cell lymphoma in the cecum. COMMENTS: We report a case of metastatic cecum lymphoma masquerading as Tolosa-Hunt syndrome.Entities:
