Abstract
Vertebral osteomyelitis is a quite rare but severe cause of back pain in adults. Various causative organisms have been reported. Pasteurella species have rarely been isolated. We report here a case of vertebral osteomyelitis and consecutive cauda equina syndrome due to Pasteurella dagmatis in a 60-year-old diabetic man.Entities:
